The 30th Street project represents the third project in 2023 where the owner and contractor have chosen Dextall’s prefabricated walls. With previous experience using Dextall’s unitized walls, the ownership is confident that Dextall is cost-competitive, meets design and performance requirements, and offers ease of installation that allows for a significantly faster construction completion date.
